Platforms charge guests about 15% on top. We don't.
Live calendar, secure payment by Stripe, confirmation email within seconds.
Cleaning fee and tourist tax always refunded before check-in. Policy shown before you pay.
Every apartment is a registered Alojamento Local; the number is on every page.

What guests say
“Really loved our stay here! It was such a convenient location, super close to a lot of great cafes, restaurants and shops. Also, close to the Belém/Cascais train station, which was great for us. The apartment was modern and had a hotel feel.”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay in Lisbon! The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, and felt luxurious. The communication was excellent, and we received a warm and friendly welcome.”
Jan · Stay in Santos · via airbnb
“We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The host was extremely responsive and helped us with everything we needed both before and during our trip. The space was spotlessly clean and the bathroom felt brand new.”

Lisbon, from a local

Alfama
Yes, if you want the oldest, most atmospheric part of Lisbon: steep cobbled lanes, fado houses, river views and the Sé cathedral on your doorstep. Expect hills, stairs instead of streets in places, and limited car access; choose Alfama for character and walkability to Baixa, not for convenience with heavy luggage.

Baixa
Baixa is the flat, grid-planned downtown between the river and Rossio: the easiest area for public transport, luggage and short stays, with most sights walkable. It is busy with visitors by day and quieter at night, and has fewer neighbourhood restaurants than Alfama or Chiado.

Belém
Stay in Belém if you want river air, museums and quiet evenings, and accept a 20–30 minute tram or train ride to the centre. Stay in Chiado, Baixa or Alfama if nightlife and spontaneity matter more than space and calm.

Chiado
Chiado is the most convenient base for a first visit: flat enough to walk, central, with the Baixa-Chiado metro, shops, theatres and cafés on every corner, and Bairro Alto nightlife next door. Pick a street away from Bairro Alto if you want quiet after midnight.

Misericórdia
Misericórdia is the parish that holds Bairro Alto, Bica and the lanes down to Cais do Sodré: 500-year-old streets, the tram 28, fado at night and Chiado shops five minutes away. Stay here for atmosphere and walkability; pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper, because the neighbourhood is lively until late.

Santos
Yes, if you want to live like a Lisboeta rather than a visitor: Santos is the riverside design district between Cais do Sodré and Belém, with brunch cafés, the Museum of Ancient Art, a train stop to Cascais and a ten-minute walk to the nightlife of Pink Street. It is flatter than the old town and quieter at night than Bairro Alto.
